Return & Refund Policy
At Potato Factory LLC, all food and beverage sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared or picked up.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was provided
- An item is missing from the order
- A verified quality issue is identified at the time of pickup
Customers are required to inspect their order upon pickup and notify our staff before leaving the pickup location. We are unable to process any claims after the customer has left the premises.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Orders not picked up within the designated time
- Claims reported after leaving the pickup location
